Belthangady, December 2, 2009 : Kannada and Sanskrithi department sanctioned grant of Rs 1 crore for vishwa tulu sammelan which will be held in December at Ujire.
General Secretary of government had sent legal letter. Lakhs of people will participate in the historical famous conference of costal Karnataka ‘vishwa tulu sammelan’. There are 20 lakh tulu falimilies, 30 lakh tulu speaking people.
The Tuluvas are residing different corners of the worls. According to the letter given by Dharmasthala Dharmadhikari Dr D Veerendra Heggade, MLA Vasanth Bangera and by the appeal of home minister Dr V S Acharya, Minister Krishna Palemar grant has been sanctioned.
